Terms and Conditions

1. License and Use of the App

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. User Content and Copyright (Imported Books)

Linguoteka allows you to import and read your own digital books and text files (e.g., EPUB format).

You are solely responsible for the content you import into the App.

We do not host, distribute, or have access to the files you import; all processing occurs locally on your device.

You agree that you will not use the App to infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. You must possess the legal right to read and possess the files you import.

3. Premium Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions ("Premium") to unlock advanced features and remove advertisements.

Billing and Payments

All transactions are handled by the app store from which you downloaded the App (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), facilitated by our third-party provider, RevenueCat. We do not process payments or have access to your billing information.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellations and Refunds

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Because payments are handled by Apple and Google, we cannot directly issue refunds. Refund requests must be directed to the respective app store.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services that have their own Terms and Privacy Policies:

Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements in the free version of the App.

RevenueCat: Used to manage and validate in-app purchases and Premium subscriptions.

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide accurate translations and a seamless reading experience, we do not warrant that:

• The language translations, definitions, or grammatical analysis will be 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.
• The App will function uninterrupted or be free of bugs or viruses.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall OLEKSANDR BURLAKA or Juicy Paws Games be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
