OLEKSANDR BURLAKA trading as Juicy Paws Games ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Linguoteka mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.
1. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
We prioritize your privacy. The core functionality of Linguoteka is designed to work locally on your device.
Your imported books and texts are never uploaded to our servers or processed externally.
Your reading progress, saved vocabulary, daily streaks, and settings are stored exclusively on your device's internal storage.
If you uninstall the App, this local data will be permanently removed unless you have enabled native device backups (e.g., Apple iCloud or Google Drive).
2. Third-Party Services
While we do not collect personal data directly on our own servers, the App integrates selected third-party services to provide core functionality and advertisements. These services may collect information used to identify you.
Google AdMob (Advertising)
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free version of the App.
AdMob may collect and use data such as your device's advertising ID (e.g., Apple IDFA or Android AAID), device type, and usage data to serve relevant ads.
You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising directly through your device's privacy settings.

RevenueCat (In-App Purchases)
We use RevenueCat to manage and validate Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases.
All financial transactions are securely processed by Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via Google Play).
We do not collect, process, or store your payment details, credit card numbers, or billing addresses.
RevenueCat only receives anonymous purchase receipt data from the app stores to unlock Premium features and sync your subscription status.

3. Children's Privacy
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information through third-party advertising or analytics services, we will take steps to request its deletion.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
